Everyone deserves the right to communicate.  Most aspects of our everyday learning and socialising require language skills. It defines our interactions and relationships which in turn impacts on quality of life.
 
Communication difficulties can impact in a variety of ways and often lead to feelings of isolation for the person experiencing them. Research shows that good communication, language and literacy at a young age have the highest correlation with outcomes in school and even in later life.
