The sun is shining and the magic of Spring time is here!

Speech and Language therapy can take place any time, anywhere!

A walk in nature can help your child with lots of different skills. For example, labelling new vocabulary.

Different textures, smells and sounds make for a great multi-sensory learning experience. Try a spring treasure hunt! Simply take a box and fill with different things e.g fallen blossom, grass etc.

Colour walks are also great this time of year too! Encourage your child to listen to new sounds! Can they hear the birds? lawn-mowers? Using daily experiences to build language is the most effective way to develop skills. So, grab an umbrella and enjoy an April shower!
